      Can I filter talents in the talent pool based on their activity status and the completeness of their profile?

      Of course you can! We want to help you find quality talent for your roles.

      When you go to the Talent Pool page, turn on the toggle for completed profiles, towards the top left of the page.

      Once the toggle is turned on, you will be able to see talent who have been active in the last 90 days, and talent who have completed the following sections of their profile:

      • Skills

      • Work experience

      • Job level

      • Either the Education OR About me sections.

      This will help you find more relevant talent for company roles.
