Can I find roleshare partners and roles from my company?

Anything is possible.

We want that for you! That depends on three thing:

1. Other professionals in your company looking for shared roles, and
2. Whether your profiles would align in a roleshare capacity, OR
3. If your company, is opening roles to microteam (job share) applicants.

BUT you can always create a profile and look for a match regardless, connect, and then:

1. Apply for new roles, AND/OR
2. Schedule a meeting with your manager to pitch this working model with the goal of formally inviting candidates to interview for your half role.
