For the sake of protecting the privacy and information of users, two users have to be connected to one another to be able to view each other’s profiles.
To view a user’s profile, send them a connection request using the “connect“ button. If the user in question accepts the connection request, the connect button will change to the “view profile“ button.
Once connected, clicking the “view profile“ button will allow you to see the profile of the user.
You cannot send connection requests to company users, but if have a complete profile and show interest in a company or one of the roles posted by the company, you can receive connection requests from business users on Roleshare who are interested in getting to know you more.
