      How do I connect with a user on Roleshare?

      As a company user, you can send connection requests to talent, but talent cannot send connection requests to you.

      If you see a talent on Roleshare who you are interested in connecting with:

      1. Click “Connect” on their card

      2. Or you can click their card, get a short peek of their profile and click “Connect” on the profile peek.

      If a talent on Roleshare applies for a job posted by your company, they will automatically be connected to you so that you can converse with them with ease.
