How do I send emails to talent when I change their application or organizational fit status?

We'll send you a prompt. Here's how it works.

Every time you change the status on a talent card or an application card, you will be prompted on the card to confirm if you want to send an email.

If you want to send an email to the talent(s) in question:

  1. Click “yes“ on the prompt on the talent or application card in question

  2. A pop-up will appear with your default email templates

  3. Select the email template you want from the dropdown at the top left of the pop-up under “Email templates“

  4. Edit it according to your needs

  5. Press the “Send!“ button, and then confirm your action by pressing the “confirm“ button.

All outgoing emails are tracked in the Actions section, accessible from talent card or an application card.
