How do I set a status as an archived status?

You’ve read up on our archived status and want to set your own? Follow these steps:

  1. Click the company logo on the top right side of the page to open the menu

  2. Select “Status management“ from the menu

  3. This will take you to the Status Management page

  4. Here, on each status card, underneath the name of the status, you will find a radio button with the words “archived status“ next to it.

  5. Click this radio button on statuses you want to set as as archived.
