Organization fit statuses are based on your company’s internal processes and can be set to reflect the steps your team takes to ascertain whether a talent is a good fit for the organization or not.
To set up your organization fit statuses:

Click the company logo on the top right side of the page to open the menu

Select “Status management“ from the menu

This will take you to the Status Management page

Under the “Organization Fit Statuses“ header, click the “add“ button

Create a name for your status and press the “save“ button
The statuses you create will show up on each talent card as a dropdown for you to select from.
This way you can easily create statuses that match your existing organizational processes and keep track of where each talent is in the funnel.
