How do I sort talent on the Early Stage page oldest talent first?

To sort talent cards on the Early Stage page by oldest addition to the list:

1. Click on the “Early Stage“ tab in your sidebar, where you will find talent cards for each talent who has shown interest in your company or roles posted by your company.

2. On the top and towards the right of the page, click the dropdown for “Order by“ in the second line of filters.

3. Select “Latest“ in the dropdown

4. The talent cards will be sorted by oldest additions to the Early Stage page showing up first.
