I've accidentally invited an employee as an admin to the company account. How do I cancel the invitation?

Don’t worry! Accidents can happen, and when they do, we’ve got you covered.

  1. Log in to your company account.

  2. Click on the company logo on the top right side of the screen.

  3. Select “User Role Management“ in the list, which will open the User Role Management page.

  4. Here, you can see all the employees on your company account.

  5. The user you have invited accidentally will have a grey pill on their card with the words “Invited user: pending acceptance“ with a button next to it stating ”delete invite.”

  6. Click the “delete invite“ button and the employee who has received the email to join as an admin will not be able to do so.
