I'm looking for a new shared role, how do I get started?

An outline of your first few steps once you onboard to roleshare as a professional looking to find a new role.

1. Sign up
2. Complete your profile
3. Check your match results (talent and jobs)
4. Connect with talent (prioritise engagement with full profiles = serious users) 
   (We will add the ability to filter non complete profiles shortly)
5. Favourite Roles (Get added to a pool of people also looking to find someone to match with on this role)
6. Once you have found a match you are keen to engage, connect.  Start a conversation and walk through our toolkit + guide together.
7. Once you are happy to proceed together, then apply for roles as a pair.
