When you post a role using your company account, the role will be visible to all the talent on Roleshare.
Talents who are interested in your role will click the “Apply for position“ button on the role page visible to them.
They will then add their CV, cover letter, a short message and submit the application for your review.
Once that is done, the application will be visible to you on the role page under the “Applications section“ as well as in the “Applicants” tab in your sidebar.
